No. Anyone can buy a pack, paid once, and its credits never expire. A plan is the lower price per image if you convert every month.
One credit unlocks one image, the first time you download a result of it. After that, every re-run of that image with other options, every format and every download is free.
The 3 credits you get when you sign up and the credits in packs never expire. Plan credits roll over, up to 3 months' worth.
Yes, at any time, under Manage plan on your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and its credits stay yours for 30 days after it ends. Credits from packs never expire.
It costs nothing. You only spend a credit to unlock an image, and a failed conversion has nothing to unlock.
Yes, within 14 days of a purchase if you have not spent a credit since. Our refund policy has the details.
